Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 April 2026
These terms govern your use of the AllAddin software and service ("AllAddin") provided by Meliux Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). By using AllAddin you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
1. Beta programme
AllAddin is currently in private beta. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no promises about uptime, reliability, accuracy of AI-generated code, or fitness for any particular purpose. Beta features may change or be removed without notice.
2. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use AllAddin for your internal business purposes during the beta period. This licence does not transfer any ownership of the software or its intellectual property to you.
3. What you must not do
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
- Redistribute, sublicence, or resell access to AllAddin.
- Use AllAddin's output to train, fine-tune, or evaluate a competing product.
- Attempt to extract the system prompts, corpus data, or internal instructions.
- Use AllAddin for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms others.
- Share your access token with anyone outside your organisation.
4. Your data
Your Revit files stay on your machine. AllAddin sends only your natural-language prompt and a structured abstraction of the model context to our server, and we do not store your prompts beyond the duration of the API call.
If you explicitly click the cloud-upload button to share a model snapshot for cross-time analytics, that snapshot (element identifiers, categories, levels, and the parameters you selected when capturing it — never the raw Revit file) is stored on our server until you delete it. Snapshot upload is always opt-in and never automatic.
For full details, see our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
You own your data. We do not claim any rights over your Revit models, drawings, uploaded snapshots, or the output AllAddin generates for you, and we do not use any of it to train AI models.
5. Intellectual property
AllAddin, including its source code, prompts, corpus, UI, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Meliux Ltd. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to our IP beyond the limited licence in section 2.
6. AI-generated output
AllAddin generates code and text using a large language model. The output may contain errors, may not compile, and should always be reviewed before use in production work. You are responsible for verifying and testing any output before relying on it. We are not liable for damage caused by unreviewed AI-generated code.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of AllAddin is limited to the amount you paid us for the service (which during the free beta is nil). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
8. Termination
We may revoke your access token and terminate your use of AllAddin at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may stop using AllAddin at any time by uninstalling the add-in. Sections 5, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as AllAddin evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
